It  on the transcripts that NISSAN's Chief of Corp. Security said Sharyn Bovat was the "2nd BIGGEST threat to NISSAN "as per the court transcript" by a risk analysis.... and an analysis done by what appears to be "the same" group that said 3 men at Renault were spies.

Numerous journalist that are WELL RESPECTED are aware of the issues that I ranted about in numerous emails to them and to the French consulate.  

WHY did I keep writing on my BLOG that I wanted to be in charge of CSR and Diversity?  

Because a "nationally known" lawyer met with me in early 2011 and told me that "the ONLY way" that I could get my reputation back AFTER Nissan  made accusations about me in the summer of 2009 was "if" I were to get the position at NISSAN that "I TOLD Tavares I wanted" .. even "If" I did the job for a "short period of time"   ....it was the ONLY way to restore my image.   The lawyer said "if what you want is a job and to 'move on' with your life QUIETLY that is the BEST solution" at the time I was ALSO told:

YES NISSAN did discriminate. Women in management declined from 20.9% in 2006 to 10% in 2009 the year I whistleblew.

YES "it appears they took a DOE loan for a product that did NOT have the technology they promised congress. That's False Claims act.  If you do that you'll protect the taxpayers.. You just need to get the Class A misdemeanor dropped.  (At that time it was dropped once then a Grand Jury brought it back and a 3rd arrest happened)

YES 3 arrests on 'trumped up' charges is excessive humiliation"...and they should have helped you with references and the training they promised.   

Still the exceptionally talented lawyer said his advice was lawsuits are ugly and Tennessee is KNOWN for not being "big into diversity issues"...  the fact that I did work for CIA operatives usually is used against people in court (that was proven true) so in early 2011 I took that advice to heart and kept blogging about wanting the job doing Diversity, CSR and Relocation.

I learned AFTER I made the decision "to go for the DIVERSITY job" that the NISSAN CEO was most likely connected to the "cover up" of the crash of Pan AM flight 103. I've asked congress to hold hearings about the NISSAN CEO'ls involvement and his involvement in Iran Contra.

It was stated in court that HR sent to various depts. notices about my "risk" factor to various locations of the company.  Tennessee is a "who knows who" society and that action by NISSAN made me unemployable as a professional.

I'm sure the notices did NOT say Sharyn Bovat used to do research for CIA operatives and could "find out" that the CEO of the company has done deals with the Iranian government during the Iran Contra era and since the "former spy" WHO WORKED FOR AMERICA was friends with Catherine Perez the most powerful woman at Nissan whose been  identified as Carlos Ghosn's ( the CEO for NISSAN and Renault who did deals with Iran) as his former mistress and she could have told him about issues in reference to the "upcoming" DOE loan that were taking and about the fact we're using a Rutherford County  IDB bond as collateral for the loan.

NOW you know WHY I kept emailing Mr. Tavares suggestions for CSR, Diversity and Relocation and WHY my Linkedin profile said Whislteblower to incoming CEO Carlos Tavares.  I WANTED TO WORK and NOT File a Lawsuit..  I even TOLD THAT to the head of NISSAN legal in 2009.



I was told that Mr. Tavares had been identified as ghosn's successor when he retired.  

It's a fact that "up until my arrest" NONE of the emails I sent to him were sent to "Good Ole Boy" led HR.  After the July 7th arrest they were placed on a "forward by rule".   Many of the suggestions that I sent him were implemented at NISSAN and Renault.  I can PROVE it.  I even got calls asking me to "verifying" my opinions.  


People brought cars to me to "look at"  these were cars that were NOT yet on the market. Including the NV van.... the new Versa sedan and the car that I told Mr. Tavares would be a DISASTER..... The convertible Murano.  the car is 44k and looks like a hot tub on wheels.   FYI- I told the President of NISSAN Americas in February 2009 that I LOVED my Honda and since then he asked me for my "thoughts" on cars.  

In July 2011 a NISSAN corporate officer asked the managing director of one of their largest "global" vendors to call me.... he called me exactly a YEAR after my 1st arrest. Listen to the message:

So Now OVER a year has gone by since I talked to the lawyer that's "seen on TV" it's OBVIOUS the NISSAN job is not happening and I need to work. 

NISSAN never helped me with my references and I have court document stating that.  Nissan NEVER follower through on training they had promised me.  Had HR just treated my humanly "after I whistle blew" I could have "moved on" and worked in a different industry.

Instead THEY hired a former DA to "baby sit" the states case.  The hired numerous lawyers to discredit me.  During the 19+ months of fighting charges that led to being jailed 3 times I was "found guilty" of a misdemeanor = to a speeding ticket and had to pay a $50 fine. 

I was told that it's the same as Occupy Nashville and they got their record expunged by the Governor.  NOW numerous member so conservative community are saying they will help me petition governor Haslam and ask that I get "the OCCUPY" treatment & that's RESPECT.

Members of the legal community from ALL over America have
told me to work on a MALICIOUS PROSECUTION case and identify NISSAN as the aggressor....for they "swore out" the warrant.  

I've been told that since the LARGE Class A misdemeanor was dropped TWICE.... once in the summer of 2010 and the other on February 1st 2012. The malicious prosecution is responsible for my documented HIGH blood pressure.

 One judicial advocate said "it's your obligation to society" to fight this.  You've been hurt YES but so have MANY others and they need YOU to tell NISSAN that using the judicial system as a way to discredit a whistleblower is NOT the purpose of the judicial system.

In the last year NISSAN had PROVEN to have Lied to congress about he capability of their EV and sales are slow & jobs will NOT be created like they promised.  Also "like I blogged about for 2 years" and NOW many have read my blogs and numerous EV experts have come forward and offered to stand by me & say that YES NISSAN took money for a car that was being built with "outdated technology" and person that worked with that technology will testify that the EV NISSAN has provide via the Leaf "no chance" of living up to the technology that they congress.

Also, one of our business reporter has been test driving a Leaf all week. He almost was stranded because battery life isn't what it's supposed to be, even when new. Story to come in a week or two.

Nissan battery degradation update... UPDATE

The outdated battery technology nissan is using is "un predictable" with real range for the first year. It needs a minimum if 100 charges and discharges to "stabalize" Thus the range reader will go from 95 miles to 75 miles in a matter of minutes... Creating unpredictable expectations.

Then after the first year it degragates to about 85% then in year 4 it's about 60% so by 2015 those driving with NO ac or heat driving and driving at the "preferred" style & speed will ONLY get 60 miles per charge... In the real world most drivers will get only 45 miles per charge in 2015. What nissan needs to do is to have a heating and cooling system to protect the battery from degradation. Get this!!! They're planning on blaming degradation on the "quick chargers" OK.... I'm sure Mr. Tavares is fixing the problem.

Also, former NISSAN employees who have suffered inhumanity and humiliation from the Good Ole Boy network that took over HR when the company moved to Tennessee. 

So last year I chose to NOT file a lawsuit... Instead I let time pass and NOW the judicial harassment is "coming to an end" and a case against NISSAN in reference to the DOE loan fraud and human rights abuses is STRONGER.

Rob said in court I just wanted to sue.  Well if what I've done since started whistleblowing were about money then when Mark Stout the VP of HR offered to give me a check in March 2009 I would have taken the money then,.   If this were about money then I would have filed multiple suits a YEAR ago.   Joe Baugh the guy Nissan hired to "baby sit" my case called my 1st lawyer and "scared him away.

Carlos Tavares told someone to contact me after my blog was started.  I was told my "thoughts" were welcome.  NOW Renault is doing something that I blogged about a LONG time ago.  

TBWA\Chiat\Day~Critical Mass and other NISSAN vendors have read my blog, they used my suggestions.

The woman who communicated what the consumer wants is  being terrorized.   Below is an email I sent to Mr. Tavares telling him about the Leaf was expected to fail.  I sent it before the DOE loan closed.

I was contacted by a former employee and told once again that his views were inspired by me.



Sharyn Bovat the former top relocation consultant in Middle Tennessee admits she's a bit of a maverick & told NISSAN Board member Carlos Tavares on February 12th 2009 that she "loves her Honda" this was after he asked  "why do you not drive a NISSAN." 

The future Chairman of the Americas could have told HR that he wanted a different relocation consultant instead he used the time during his relocation process to find out why she preferred Honda.   Mr. Tavares found out a LOT...   www.thestealthskirt.com

In March 2009 Sharyn Bovat sent Carlos Tavares an email saying her next car would be an Acura after driving the corporate Infiniti.  Then Mr. Tavares was the President of NISSAN North America & he still met with her. During that time HR had fired Sharyn (multiple times) citing they did NOT want her talking to Mr. Tavares.  Bovat was escourted out of the building sometimes only to be back hours later to pick up keys to the Chairman's Infiniti.   Mr. Tavares refused to ride in a Honda.    In the spring of 2009 Sharyn showed him design flaws that turn women off in reference to NISSAN cars and also pointed out some engineering problems with NISSAN cars.  In reference to the navigation system Mr. Tavares looked at her in the eye and said "I'll fix it" and he did.  

Eventually other suggestions of Bovat's were applied to different cars in the line up.  

Carlos Tavares "really" listened to her and knowing that Sharyn devoted time and energy into making NISSAN a place that would be accepting to ALL types of people not from the inside but from blogging about the problems told to her by many employees (former and current).  www.girlintheblackhonda.com became a "tool for change"  Sharyn Bovat everyday would rant about discrimination, corruption and wasted spending of taxpayer money all connected to a southern "Good Ole Boy" network that controlled HR.  This happened after the corporate move to Tennessee.  Prior to posting Sharyn would verify each complaint & even had a "contact" to get verification.   Sharyn blogged about a lot of problems over the years even telling Mr. Tavares that NISSAN made ugly cars.

A while ago when I realized the Internal Battle of Control 2009 was a Battle for the EV..... Basically the wasting of 1.6 billion dollars for failure was because the good ole boys said it was not going to succeed.  

Mr. Tavares I want the EV to succeed and knowing that a lot of "abuse" I Received was driven by this war over this technology and the future direction at NISSAN    I was a bit frustrated when the car looked. Unappealing, I've tried to warm up to it.  The EV purpose is fantastic of being an alternate energy source/zero emission car, I'm thrilled about the technical reviews.   when I saw the electric road map on the web and all your new cities.....wow!!!  I was excited because you’re doing like the railroads.   Again.   It's going to be a success.  In my mind one  problem...it's truly ugly (to me).

Sir, this has been a Long battle and can you kindly just for inspiration and

peace of mind put an "attractive" infiniti concept out ???

Not only did I hear from Mr. Tavares directly a Japanese lady gave me suggestions on my wardrobe & a photo was released of the Infiniti EV.   My "ideas" were put on the global NISSAN website.  Some on the Renault website.  I can prove it!!!

I posted my "new road" comment..... It was AFTER that I exposed mass corruption that I went from most likey becoming in charge of diversit/CSR to an "inmate".... Ghosn wanted me discredited.  NOW all I want "is my life back".  I want my reputation back.  I want humanity....**** NISSAN.

Sharyn was told she was the inspiration for design changes in NISSAN's future sedan line up & the concept car ELLURE. The car premiered in November...  Sharyn read about it on her iPhone while waiting for a court appearance: The Good Ole Boys decided to "bring her down" they feared she would expose FRAUD happening in reference to a DOE loan and about "hidden debt"  6 police cars arrived at the NISSAN HQ on July 7th 2010.... without a court order the woman who was bold enought to tell Carlos Tavares problems was taken to jail.    Yes!!! the car she inpired premiered AFTER she was jailed 3 times for Whistleblowing.  

All Sharyn Bovat wants now is "her  life back" It's time to get rid of the Good Ole Boys, NOW!

In the beginning I thought the EV was a good idea because I want America to be energy independent.   I did NOT know until after I had blogged (sometimes at the encouragement of Ghosn's allies) that NISSAN did not have the technology needed to make the Leaf I was giving NISSAN idea's on how to market it better simply because I was told the car was "meant to fail" and I wanted it to be a success so jobs wouls be created.

Until the beginning of Summer 2010 i was led to believe that my "ranting" about America's need to "go green" was helping America. Once a reliable source told me about the fraud immediately I started blogging about it. Then I ended up in jail... 3 times.  The corrupt people are connected to Al Gore and to Rahm Emanual.  I will happily testify to a congressional committee under oath.
