Due to
Changes in the Transparency in the 2012 budget for the City of Franklin
Tennessee NISSAN is NOT named as being WHY the debt exist.
Did anyone
ask WHY?

From the budget of the City of
Franklin
This chart illustrates the recent
history of the City’s most significant revenue sources in the
General Fund, the local sales tax
and its property tax. (Note:
For property tax, in 2012, the
$13.1 million is split $6.7 million in the General Fund, $5.2
million in the Debt Service Fund,
900,000 due
to the Industrial Development Board, and $347,000 in lieu of tax).
Schools are suffering in
Tennessee due to “lack of money”… Maybe
NISSAN needs to “grow up and pay it’s own rent”
